Dear Sir:

Re: Notice of Proposed Revision Sign By-Law

I thank you for your letter. TI feel that as my property is
quite near the Lougheed Highway and am in disagreement with
allowing flashing lights.

Due to the energy shortage, I feel that great consideration
Should be given with respect to lighted signs all together.
Any business that is open should be allowed in the evenings
to have a lighted sign, not flashing. However, once the
business is closed for the day, I see no reason to have a
sign on at all. I also see no reason for having a lighted
sign on during the day.
