DRAFT RESOLUTION C

MAR 17 1980

"WHEREAS by resolution passed on the 4th day of February, 1980 Lots 4
‘and 5, Block "G", Block 16, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2099, New
Westminster District, were sold by The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam to John J. Olson, 2991 Surf Crescent, Coquitlam, B.C. for the
total price of $40,000.00;

AND WHEREAS the said John J. Olson has requested that ‘the property be
transferred directly to Mary Sylvia Olson of the same address;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk

be authorized to give effect to the request of the said John J. Olson

and transfer the said property directly from The Corporation of the City ;
of Port Coquitlam to Mary Sylvia Olson and that the execution wf the |
necessary conveyance or other necessary documents on behalf of the City |
and the affixing of the Corporate Seal thereto be and the same is hereby
authorized.
