TH CORPORATION OF TUE CIPY OF PORT COQUTTLAM NOTTCE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING }Y~1AV MAY 1 1978 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C., cn Monday, May Ist, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to authorize amendment of a Land Use Contract: By-law No. 1595: To authorize the Council to enter into an Amendment Document to Land Use Contract No. 18 with Kingsway Development Ltd., 1193 Kingsway Avenue, Vancouver, B.C. and McDonald's Restaurants of Western Canada Ltd., Ste. 400 - 6400 Roberts Strect, Burnaby, B.C. in the form and to the extent set forth in “Land Use Contract Ne. 18 - Amendment Document" which said Amendment Document is annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said Amendment Decument shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described in Land Use Contact No. 18. The Amendm:nt Document to Land Use Contract No. 18 would permit the McDonald's Restaurant, operated by McDonald's Restaurants of Western Canadas Ltd., at the northeast corner of Lougheed Highway and Oxford Street to extend its parking area northward for approximately 112' so as to include Lot 315, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan 51224, New Westminster District in the restaurant site and thereby provide 63 additional parking spaces. The use of “parking" would be the only use permitted on the said Lot 315. Copies of the proposed By-laws may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at tic address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from April 20th to May Ist, 1978.
