WHEREAS the City has the right of possesaion of
the public streets and lanas within the Citys

AND WHEREAS Seaboard desires to inetall and
maintain bus shelters containing advertising at approved
Locations thereon for the convenionce of the general public;

AND WHEREAS the City agreas to allow Seaboard to
40 do on the terms and subject to the conditions contained
herein;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) Feceipt of which from auch
party is hereby acknowledged by the other THE PARTIES HEREBY
COVENANT AND AGREE AS FOLLOWS;
