Re: Speed Bumps Refercace is made to Council's direction that Speed contro] bumps be installed in the lane west of Shaughnessy Street from Whyte Avenue to Elgin Avenue. The City Solicitor has advised me of the requirements that should be fulfilled so that the City will not attract any liability as a result of the installation of the speed contro} bumps. THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1378 A By-law to amend the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1117". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: LL Clause (a) of Section 1 of Schedule "D" of the "Traffic Regulation ‘By~law, 1971, No. 1117" is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "(a) (1) 5 miles per hour upon Lions Way; (31) 5 miles Per hour upon the lane West of Shaughnessy Street from Whyte Avenue to Elgin Avenue;" 2. Subclause (1) of clause (b) of Section 1 of Schedule "D" of the By-lew is repealed and the following substituted therefer: "(4) upon any lane not exceeding twenty feet in width except as provided in clause (a) of this Section." 3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, No. 1147, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1378",
