DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMITS:

From the City Clerk, January 20th, 1993 regarding Development Variance Permit No.
94/92 for 2432 Kitchener Avenue.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of December 3rd,
1992 the Voluntary Development Variarce Permit be issued for 2432 Kitchener Avenue in the
form appearing in the Agenda documents of this Council meeting.

for 2710 Lougheed Highway.
No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Development Variance Permit.
