This Memorandum of Understanding Shall continue in effect
until terminated in writing by either party.

This Memorandum of Understanding will be reviewed
annually on or before April 15th at a meeting of both

parties.

This Memorandum of Understanding may be amended at any
time by the parties as evidenced by an exchange of
letters and all such letters shall be attached to and
form part of this Memorandum of Understanding.

The appendices attached to this Memorandum of
Understanding provide potential agtions or guideline for
each of the following areas:

APPENDIX I interface Fire Contingencies and
Responsibility Guidelines

APPENDIX II Fireline Communication Guidelines

APPENDIX IIL Media Relations.

APPENDIX Iv Wildland Urban Interfaag Coordinated’
Response Plan
