A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held
prior to the Council meeting of the Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam
held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 3rd, 1992 at 7:30 pm,

His Worship Mayor 1L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon,
J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk Ss.
Rauh, City Treasurer J. Maitland, City Engineer I. Zahynacz, Director of
Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.
Shardlow.

PUBLIC HEARING:

His Worship Mayor LM. Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw
would now be considered:

New Westminster District

from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to P-1 (Public Institutional),

The property is located at 2346 McAllister Avenue and would permit the
Fire Department of the City to locate a temporary storage facility on the
property, and would also permit the consolidation of the property with the
three lots to the west to enlarge the present firehall site.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment,
