His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Barry Houlihan, Chairman, 1991
Diabetes Campaign who gave a brief deseription of the work preformed by the
Diabetes Foundation.

DELEGATIONS

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Fred Moore, Manager of Market
Development Chavron Canada who addressed Council regarding Development Permit
Application 38/91 for the Chevron Service Station located at 2525 Shaughnessy

Street.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Rick Mabbett of the Port
Coquitlam Senior Citizens Housing Society who made a presentation to Council
requesting waiver of building permit and other fees for the 75 bed extension
proposed for Hawthorne Lodge.

That discussion on the request from the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens
Housing Society regarding waiver of building permit and other fees be deferred
to Council in Committee for further consideration and report from the City
Engineer.

the Greater Vancouver Regional District who provided Council with an overview
of the GVRD Long Range Plan (1991-1997).
