Traboulay introduced Fred Moore, Manager of Market Development Chavron Canada who addressed Council regarding Development Permit Application 38/91 for the Chevron Service Station located at 2525 Shaughnessy Street. His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Rick Mabbett of the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens Housing Society who made a presentation to Council requesting waiver of building permit and other fees for the 75 bed extension proposed for Hawthorne Lodge. Moved by Alderman Gordon: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That discussion on the request from the Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens Housing Society regarding waiver of building permit and other fees be deferred to Council in Committee for further consideration and report from the City Engineer.
