June 13, 1989/133 That portion of Lot "C" of Lot 2 of Lot "A", Blk. 3, DL. 290, Grp. 1, NWD, Plan 17515. are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. LATE ITEMS: Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 14, 1989, No. 2409" received first two readings on February 6th, 1989; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the _ Economic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy” AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a Public Hearing, have been fosicwed and the said Bylaw No. 2409 was read a third time on April 3rd, 1989; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2409 and the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2409 and the Economic Strategy Plan” that was presented to Council at its meeting of May 13th, 1985; THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2409 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. carried.
