Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Gates: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with Inlet Realty Limited dated the 17th day of May, 1989, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said Inlet Realty Limited in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, of Block Z, Lot 255 Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 17243 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services. shall constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto.
