THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOUITLAM OCT 2 4 gag BYLAW NO. 2387 A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: That area of Lot 19 Southwest Quarter of Section 6 Towaship 40 Plan 4318 New Westminster District As shown on Schedule “A” hereof to be zoned RS-3 is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3 (Estate Residential) aud the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoulne. The area extent of the rezouing referred to in Section 1 is showa on the attached Schedule "A" which is an integral part of this Bylaw. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2387”.
