A special meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City.Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on March 22nd,
1982 at 4:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen G.R. Laking, E.W. Mabbett, A.K.
Muldoon, D.J. Vater and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B-R. Kirk,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E Peters, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer T. Chong, P. Eng., City Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Director
of Community Planning W. Brown, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and

Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

That Alderman Muldoon's draft resolution regarding the Greater 24/82.
Vancouver Regional District's technical staff being in attendance at the

Special Council Meeting to be held on March 24th, 1982, be received.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution

Alderman Muldoon suggested that the Greater Vancouver Regional District

be requested to have a representative present at the Special Council
Meeting to be held on March 24th, 1982.

Moved by Alderman Muldoon:

That the Greater Vancouver Regional District be requested to have
a representative present at the Special Council Meeting to be held on

March 24th, 1982.
