NOTICE OF MEETING OCT 5 198!

The next meeting of the Lower Mainland Parks Advisory Association will
be held on Wednesday, October 21, 1981 at the Langley Civic Centre,
20699 - 42nd Avenue, Langley. A Wednesday was chosen for this meeting
due to the availability of the Civic Centre.

This invitation includes wives and husbands of City or Municipal
representatives,

It would be appreciated if you would be responsible for issuing
“invitations to appropriate people in your City or Municipality and
advise the receptionist at 463-5221 by Friday, October 16, 1981 of the
number and names of the people who will be attending, in order to
finalize arrangements for catering.

A most interesting and enjoyable evening has been planned by Langley.
The Guest Speaker will be Mr. Lloyd Berry, Supervisor of Cultural]
Services with the Burnaby Parks and Recreation Department, who will be
Speaking on the topic of "Arts in the Parks". We hope to have a good
representation from all of our members. Please make a special effort
to encourage attendance at this meeting.
