That this matter be tabled for one week pending discussion by

the executive of the Minor Hockey.
Defeated.
Alderman Gates and Wright voted in favor of the resolution.
Mayor Laking suggested that the resolution under consideration
be amended so that it referred to the removal of ice from the old arena only.

removal of ice from the old arena only.

That Minor Hockey be permitted to hold the Bantam Tournament,
as requested, in 1981 and that the ice be removed from the old arena on
March 31st each year thereafter.
