1. So long as 19 of the 43 parking stalls required to be provided
by Gollywog under. the City's by-laws in connection with the Disco are
provided on the Leased Lands: ;
(a) Gollywog's remaining requirement of 24 parking stalls
shall be met by the City at no charge to Gollywog out
of parking areas owned or controlled by the City, but
the City shall not be obliged to designate 24 specific
parking stalls for the exclusive use of Gollywog's
patrons; .
The City shall have the exclusive right and license
at no charge to the City to use, occupy, regulate and
control.the Leased Lands for parking purposes only between

the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday

inclusive each week;

The City shall be entitled to charge such fees for parking

on the Leased Lands during the periods specified in
sub-paragraph (b) as it may think fit; to install parking
meters at its own expense on the Leased Lands; and to
retain all fees collected by such parking meters or
otherwise for its own use and benefit absolutely;

The City shall indemnify and save harmless Gollywog
from and against all actions, suits, claims and demands
of whatsoever nature or kind which may be brought. by
any person against Gollywog arising out of the use,
occupation, regulation ‘or control of the Leased Lands
during the periods specified in sub-paragraph (b) and
from and against all loss, cost, liability, damages

and expense suffered or incurred by Gollywog by reason

of the use, occupation, regulation or control of the

Leased Lands by the City.
