Re: Corps Annual Inspection
Wednesdav, May 11, 1977.

This unit's Annual Inspection has been scheduled as
noted above. The Inspecting Officer will be Commander
A.P. Campbell, qgueens Harbour Master, Canadian Forces Base,

Esquimalt.

We would like to request the following assistance from
the City :

1. His Worship or a member of Council attend
as the City's representative.

2. We have the use of the new Arena for our
inspection (this has been arranged with
Ms. Taylor).

3. That we may borrow for the one evening some
rope and blocks from The Fire Department.
(This has already been requested of Chief
Wingrove).

A copy of our letter to the Inspecting Officer has been
included for your information.

Your consideration in the past has been appreciated by
all members of this unit.
