40, Plan 3167, New Westminster District, be sold to the Greater Vancouver
Housing Corporation at or for the sum of One Hundred Twenty-four Thousand
Dollars ($124,000.00);

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized tc execute

the necessary ducuments therefor on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate

Seal thereto. Carried.

Township 40, Plan 2289, New Westminster District, be sold to the Greater
Vancouver Housing Corporation at or for the sum of One Hundred Eighty
Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00);

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary documents therefor on behalf of the City and affix
the Corporate Seal thereto. Carried.
