Re: Zoning By-law Amendment - Minimum Building Size
in Industrial (4) Zones

Pursuant to instructions of the Council issued at its meeting of August 26th, 1974,

we wish to advise that a joint meeting of the Planning & Zoning and Industrial Development

Committees was unable to resolve the question of what should be the minimum building size

in Industrial zones.

As we understand it, the Planning & Zoning Committee would prefer to see a 1500 square
foot minimum while the Industrial Development Committee feel that 1000 square feet is the

appropriate figure.
