Happy New Year to everyone. 1987 will be another busy and
productive year for your Guild and Gallery. Our conference
"Speaking in Clay, Speaking of Clay" (April 11-12, 1987) will be
the Guild's major undertaking this spring and will require many
volunteers so we ask for your participation, Come and join the
fun by having your name at the Guild office,

News items or ads for the February newsletter should be in the
Guild office no later than Sunday, February lat.

OPPORTUNITIES

Burnaby Arts Centre: As well as offering beginning and
intermediate courses in pottery the Centre has special courses,
“Dinnerware” with Jane Williams and “Porcelain Jewellery" with
Shelly Holmes.

Fraser Valley Potters Guild, P.O. Box 852, Fort Langley, 5B.C.,
VOX 170 are planning to have Andrew Wong give an Anagama Kiln
