Two involved . sub- stance abuse, The first patient refused treatment and the ambu- lance was not used. The second was transported to Mills Memor- ial for treatment. Also transported were a Terrace woman who suf- fered an apparent seizure in a local food outlet late Sunday afternoon, and an elderly man suffering from a sore leg. In addition to moving the Kitimat boy on Saturday, Terrace paramedics handled 10 patient transfers during the week. Six of these transfers were related to Prince Rupert ‘patients requiring tests or treatment at the Mills Memorial nuclear medicine facil- ity. A seventh person was returned to Hazelton following treatment in the nuclear medicine centre...
