Various Development Documents ~ Westview Heights Development.

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the legal
documents included in Schedules A, B, C and D of the report subaitted to
Council from Senior Department Heads dated October 5th, 1988.

And that the Director of Community Planning be authorized to
endorse the legal documents for their form and content included in
Schedule D of the report submitted to Council from Senior Department
Heads dated October 5th, 1988.

regarding Western Mortgage Discharge of old covenants.

That City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse the
discharge to the old Restrictive Covenants governing use of the Hydro
