That the firm of Cornerstone Architects be retained to do the
working drawings for the Wilson Centre Expansion; Ds
That the upset fee be $50,000 and that the fee be taken from the
Parks Reserve.

1986 May Day Parade.

That the 1986 May Day Parade use the same route as in 1985.

From the City Treasurer, March 13th, 1986 regarding Meetings and
Seminars.

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the Mayor, Aldermen and Staff are hereby instructed to
represent the City at business meetings and other functions as required
and that their necessary expenses be paid; subject 10 the provisions of
the necessary funds in the Annual Budget and confirmation from the City
Administrator that the expenditure required is in accord with Council
policy.

City of Port Coquitiam at the annua! Federation of Canadian
