PR/22/86/03/17/73 From the City Treasurer, March 13th, 1986 regarding Meetings and Seminars. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: That the Mayor, Aldermen and Staff are hereby instructed to represent the City at business meetings and other functions as required and that their necessary expenses be paid; subject 10 the provisions of the necessary funds in the Annual Budget and confirmation from the City Administrator that the expenditure required is in accord with Council policy.
