guidelines outlined in the Official Community Pian. The required relaxation
of height and side yards are justified as the building follows the design

Approval of this Rezoning and Development Permit Application will permit
the construction of 48 apartment units within the 'Downtown' Development
Permit Area. It is recommended, that this application be approved, subject to
the conditions noted above.
