A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240' yi

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assernbied, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Parcel A

District Lot 379

Group |

New Westminster District
Plan LMP 1042

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of tne "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2786".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of April, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 26th day of April, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 17th day of May, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:
