Variance Permit No. 71/89 for 3450 Coast Meridian Road.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

THAT as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of November 29th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to permit the relaxation of the rear yard setback from 7.5 metres (24.6
feet) to 6 metres (20 feet) and the side yard setback from 7.5 metres (24.6
feet to 5.5 metres (18 feet) to Lot 3 of Section 6 in Twp 40 NWLD Plan 11944
