DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS Mayor Traboulay has appointed Alderman Laking and Alderman
Gates as a Committee to supervise and oversee the installation of
Supermailboxes in those areas of the City designated by Canada Post to receive ,
this service;

AND WHEREAS the Council are agreeable to the provision of such service
by Canada Post in the City;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that City staff, under the general
supervision of Aldermen Laking and Gates, be instructed to cooperate with
Canada Post to ensure timely and orderly installation of Supermailboxes in the
City.
