THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2386

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No, 2240".

The Municipal Council of ‘he Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The following lands zoned A-1l (Agricultural) and RS-3 = (Estate
Residential) are rezoned to Ai (Agricultural), RSs-2 (Small Lot
Residential), RT~-1 (Two Family Residential) and RM-3. (Town House
Apartment), ali as Shown on the plan attached as Appendix "A™ and
forming part of this Bylaws

(a) Lot E (D77145) of District Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, New
Westminster District Plan 2261;

Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 22 of District Lots 168 aad
169, Group 1, Plan 2261, New Westminster District;

Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Block 14, District Lots
168 and 169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261; and

(d) adjacent road and lane allowances.
The Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
amended accordingly,
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2246 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2386".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of July, 1988,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of July, 1988.

and are located south of the southern end of Eastern Drive, east of Mary Hill
