THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2353

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zone designation of A-1 (Agricultural) and RS-3 (Estate Residential)
assigned to?

(a) Lot E (D77145) of District Lots 168 and 169. Group 1, New Westminster
District Plan 2261.

(b) Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 22 of Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, Plan
2261, New Westminster District.

Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Block 14, District Lots 168 and
169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261.

adjacent road and lane allowances.

are removed and the Zone designations indicated on the plan of zoning attached
as Appendix "A" to this Bylaw are applied.

2 o The Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2353".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of april, 1988.

Public Hearing held this 2ud day of May, 1988.
