Letters were received from the following:

Mr. Re Robertson, 1315 Fastern Drive stating six recommended
amendments to the proposed Bylaw No. 2369.

Genstar Development Company, 104. 4585 Canada Way, Burnaby stating
that they have no objection to the proposed Bylaw, however, they have
abjections to 4 proposal by Mr. R. Robertson that the proposed development be
linked to Confederation Way and Citadel Drive.

Mr. R. Robertson, 1315 Eastern Drive listing a random selection of
homes surrounding the proposed development that had not received notification

of the Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 2369.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
