A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials MAY 5- 1986
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, Noe 1426",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materiatis Col tection,
Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed and the following
substituted therefor:

(a) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises for the service
authorized by this Bylaw shall be $88.00 per annum and there shall be
imposed, levied and collected from each owner and occupier, a special
annual charge of $88.00 for each of the premises herein defined."

Collection, Ramoval and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426, Amendment Bylaw, 1986,
No. 2182",
