1, That the Port Coquitlam Figure Skating Club be permitted a

to host their 1985 Carnival on March 29th, 30th and 31st, poe
1985,

2. That they be charged for 50% of the ice rental rate for 7
their carnival. |

Background & Comments: re a

Attached is a letter from the Figure Skating Club outlining the
request for their carnival. As Council is aware, We presently
have a 50% policy for rental charges for the Old Timers Tourna-
ment, Bantam Tournament, Minor Hockey Christmas Tournament and |
the occasional Ringette tournament that comes up £rom time to Pe
time. The Figure Skating Club has not had a Carnival for the .

past few years and they are hopeful that this Will be a most ' Of
Successful event. |
