This letter is to confirm that the Board of School Trustees has
agreed to an arrangement whereby the Park & Recreation Department
of the Distriet of Coquitlam will maintain the -graus playfield in
the track oval at this school to the medium care standard outlined .
in your letter. of 79-10-05. The arrangenant will be es follows:

1. . The Board will pey. the Mmioipality by Nevember 30th each yeor
acum of money equal to the average cost per acre that the |
- Board. sets out in its annual budget for the care of grizs
playfield arses. The amcunt paid to the District will be
calewlated on the basia of the dctual screage of grass in
the oval.

The ‘cost of water uned: for irrigation will be paid by the
District.

We will provide and maintain soccer/football goalposts and you
wild, provide and maintain the seceer nets, as well as the metal
pipe supports at. the back of the goalposts.

You will supply and maintain a metal storage facility on the
property to house your equipment and supplies. The principal
of the school will be provided with access to the facility if
he wishes to utilize the goal nets and/or field liner which

you will house in this storage facility.

The Board will provide each school with a sign that can be
installed on the playfield when « decision hes been made that

the field ia closed to public use.
