Downtown Revitalization Programme.

Seconded by Alderman Mabbett:

That the Council of the City of Port Coquitlam approve in principle the
concept plan for Downtown Revitalization that has been prepared by Willis,

Cunliffe and Tait Consultants:

That the City request the ministry of Municipal Affairs to reserve

monies for Downtown Revitalization Project in the sum of 500,00 dollars;

That the Ministry be requested to advance a design loan For preparation
of detail drawings and documents in the sum of 10,000 dollars;

AND THAT a public information meeting for the Consultants to present
the works programme being proposed be scheduled for Tuesday, January 18,

1983.
