The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port PAN Parl!

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council] Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, January Sth, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.
to consider ‘the following proposed by-law to amend ‘the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1797: to rezone Lot 744, North East Quarter, Section

6, Township 40, Plan 58541, New Westminster District, from RS-2

to RS-1. . 4
This property is addressed as 759 and 767 Prairie Avenue: and it is
expected that a subdivision of the property into eight single family
residential lets will occur following completion of the rezcning
procedures. ;
* A copy of the proposed by-law, and other relevant documents may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at-
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on

working days, December 23rd, 1980 to January 5th, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
