Re: Library Construction Committee Report - December ]976

When the Library Construction Committee presented their report in
December, Council asked that Mr. Casson, of the G.Y.R.D., be invited
to attend a meeting early in the new year to discuss the Committee's
proposal for having the G.V.R.D. assist us with a project.

As Mr. Casson will be in.attendance on Monday, February 21st, he has
agreed to answer any questions the Council might have with regard to

the G.V.R.D.'s involvement. Mr. Casson will not be making a presentation
but will be available to answer questions and therefore members of
Council may wish to review the Library Report prior to the meeting.
