Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay queried if funds were included to cover costs of the Annacis Island Treatment Plant and further if any additional services were to be provided by the G.V.S. and D.D. in tne next year for which the City will be billed, and the City Engineer advised that although there are plans to construct a pumping station and force main in the City's future Industrial area, unless the City can provide the necessary location information, etc. at an early date, it is unlikely that any additional expenses would be incurred before 1978. Alderman Traboulay suggested that, in his opinion, it is better to implement a regular nominal increase in user charges than to make one large sum adjustment when the money is required immediately.
