The operation of this Board be suspended, and the Secretary~
Treasurer be directed to so inform the four lower mainland Regional .
Districts and the members of the Board, requesting them to submit -
their observations wa this action, nct later than the 15th day

of December, 1974;

That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. R. Prittie,
Associate Deputy Minister of Municipal Affairs." 4

for consideration at your next meeting. It is essential that I have “
your observations no later than 15th December, so that should a majority :
of the Board members wish to provide the service for 1975, a Special i
