Re: Liquor Store Parking Lot.

Recommendation: The Traffic Committee recommends that the Municipal Council
approve the parking and access layout as shown on the attached
plan submitted by Standard O11. This is substantially the :
game recommendation made by the Iraffic Committee one week ago.

Item Ii

Res Speed Limit ~ Mary Hill Road, south of Pitt River Road.

Recommendation: The Traffic Committee recommends to the Municipal Council that
the speed limit on Mary Hill Road south of Pitt River Road _
be 30m.p.h. except for vehicles with a G.V.W. in excess of Le
10,000 lbs. For vehicles with a G.V.W. greater than 10,000 lbs.
it is recommended that the speed limit be 20 n.p.h.
