This organization {s divided into three distinct departments: 1) Production which -makes films; _.-2) Distribution which distributes films; . 3) Challenge for Change which shows and makes films, as well as other forms af media - to help people become more involved in their communities and local governments. _. tis the third department ‘that I am working for. Challenge for Change has given me a contract to start - a project using media to hel stimulate the interest ‘involvement of all citizens in the process of communit planning, Ihave been working in thwest for four months teaching interested. groups to use media (such as video tape or slide Lape) to present their views on various issues. to government and their fellow citizens. In order to clearly articulate his or her needs and work - in cooperation with the regional board, knowledge of this board’s structure and objectives is essential.
