The submission of this grant application -~will net commit Council to
construction of these prejects in 1989. The suggested capital projects in the
recommencation will be included in the 1989 Preliminary Water and Sewer
Capital Eudgets. Council wiil have the opportunity to assess the merits of
these projects curing the up-coming budcet discussions.

In orcer for staff to submit this application to Municipal Aftairs a
resolution of Council is required.
