RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to inform
neighbours of the application. .

And that at a subsequent meeting City Council adopt. a
resolution relaxing the front yard setback requirement of the
Sign Bylaw No. 2095, Schedule 0D, M=1 from 3 metres to 1.5
metres for Lot 122, DL 379, Grp. 1, Pl. 62773. :

COMMENTS:

This application is to erect a projecting sign in front of a
middie bay of a multibay commercial-industrial buildings The
sign will’ project into a required front yard setback. cd

Because oft the special. view distance problems for this
property, the application is supported by the Planning
