That the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw amending the Zoning
Bylaw No. 2240, Section 1001 M~1 General {ndustrial, Subsection (3) Location and
Extent of Permitted Uses, Clause (a) Accessory Offices. Revising the percentage
of floor space permitted for use as accessory officers from ten percent To
thirty percent.

That the Clerk's Office be directed to draft a bylaw amending the
Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2162 Schedule A, Report and Schedule B
Map including a development permit system.

Vancouver Tourist Bureau ~ Proposal for Service to GVRD Municipalities.

Moved by Aiderman Stewart:

Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

That City Council endorse the GYRD Mayors Committee initiative to carry out
joint tourist promotion.

And that City Council endorse the GVRD decision to contract with Tourism
Vancouver to prove this service.

And that the City of Port Coquitlam contribute up +o $2,500 to this effort
for the coming budget year.
