Chamber, Port Coquitiam City Hall on Monday, October 27th, 1986 at 7:30 pm. His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng. and Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown. OS ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered: BL/01/86/10/27/01 Bylaw No. 2211: To rezone Lot A, Lot 35 and Lot 36, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 2039, New Westminster District from RS-1 (Single Family Residential) to RS-1A (Single Family Residential). The property is addressed as 1963 and 1975 Coquitlam Avenue and the rezoning would permit the resubdivision of the property into 3 parcels to . allow the construction..of two additional residences on the property. No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing. BL/02/86/ 10/27/04 Bylaw No, 2212: To rezone Lots 42, 43 and 44, Block 4, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145, New Westminster District, from RM-1 (Multiple Family Residential) to RM-3 (Multiple Family Residential). The property {fs addressed as 1560 Salisbury Avenue and the rezoning would permit the construction of a 5 unit townhouse complex on the property.
