THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2199 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; . AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Oftical Community Plan has been prepared and atter First Reading of this Bylaw the Council! has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most. recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regicnal District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Section 4.4.2 (1)(d) of the Official Community Plan Policies, being Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan" Bytaw, 1986, No. 2162", is repealed and the fol towing substituted: "4.4.2(1)(d) Changes to permit development in Stage Two areas or changes to the density permitted by the Multiple Family Housing policies, are to be made on the basis of an entire neighbourhood not on an ‘individual site basis. Rezoning of lots to an RS-1A designation is permitted to facilitate their resubdivision into a more efficient shape, provided no additional residential! lots are created.? This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2, 1986, No. 2199", Read a first time by the Municipal Council and given an affirmative vote by the majority of all members of the Council this tith day of August, 1986.
