The Sponsor agtees to ata in
Carnival as much as possible.

For such sponscrship and aid West Coast Amusements Ltd. agrees +o
pay the Sponsor the amount of TwO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED ($2,800.00)

DOLLARS.

West Coast Amusements Ltd. hereby agrees to be fully cevered by
Public Liability Insurance for the amount of TWO MILLION DOLLARS
($2,000,000.00), and to indemify and save harmless the Sponsor
from any liability claims arising from the operation of the said
carnival on the days aforementionad.

The Contractor shall have exclusive rights for all riding devices,
games and side shows.

All payments to be made under the terms of this agreement shall te
made immediately upen completion of the last day of the said

event.

The Contractor covenants and agrees that all his staff, employees
and servants shall have identification of such to show that they
are associated with the Contractor and if they do not show the
identification at the required times to the officials or officers
of tne Sponsor, it is understood that they will be required to pay

the usual admission fees to the grounds, to the Sponsor.

The Contractor shall furnish “Wrist bands" to te sold by the Spens:7
for the amount of SEVEN ($7.00) DOLLARS per band with the Contract: >
receiving FIVE ($5.00) DOLLARS per wrist band. The wrist bands shall
ce honoured Sunday, May 30, 1982 on all rides from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00

p-m. inclusive. . .

The Contractor agrees to pay the Sponsor a refundable bond for
damage and clean up in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS

Payable to the Sponsor prior te opening on May 27th, 1982.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the PARTIES have set their Hands and Seals the day and

year first above written.
