at with respect to the submission to the Electors of the Parks

Dedication By-law, 1977, No. 1563":
1. Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation: of the City of |

Port Coquitlam, shall be the Returning Officer. _

2. Polling Day shall be held from eight o'clock in the forenoon to eight
o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, November 19th, 1977, at the
following places:

(a) St. Catherine's Anglican ‘Church Hall,
2251 McAllister Avenue

.(b) ‘Viscount Alexander Elementary School,
3250 Flint Street

(c) Mary Hill Elementary School,
1890 Humber Crescent

(d) Cedar Drive Elementary School,
3140 Cedar Drive

(e) - Westwood Elementary School,
3610 Hastings Street

(f) Kilmer Elementary School,
1575 Knappen Street

(g). Lincoln Elementary School,
i019 Fernwood Avenue

(h) “Port Coquitlam Secondary School,
3550 Wellington Street

A Mobile Poll will be established at the places and during the times
specified by the "Mobile Poll Establishment By-law, 1975, No. 1396";
namely, at some convenient location at the Senior Citizens’ housing
facility known as "Dogwood Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street, from

‘8 o'clock in the forenoon until 12 o'clock noon and at some convenient
location in Hawthorne Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from 1 o "clock in

the afternoon until 5 o'clock in the afternoon, cn November 19th, 1977.

An Advanced Poll will be held at the place and during the time specified
by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956"; namely at the Port ‘Coquitlam
City. Hall from 1 o'clock in the afternoon until 8 0 "clock in the afternoon
on Thursday, November 10th, 1977 and from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon
until 4:30 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday to Friday, inclusive,
November 14th to 18th, 1977.

The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling-places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer
