The proposed Lots 183 to 186 inclusive do not conform to Section 401 of the Subdivision of Land By-law with respect to minimum parcel width. This proposed subdivision however, does conform with the guide~- dines set by the Municipal Council on June Sth, 1972 and I would therefore recommend that this be placed before the Municipal Couneil with the recom- mendation that the necessary exemption as provided for in Section 712 (2) ‘o£ the Municipal Act be favourably considered. Frith, B.C.L.S., and sworn correct by him oa June 20th, 1972 wherein Lots 183 to 186, inclusiva, are created and wherein the said Lots have a frontage of less than 60-feet be approved; AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the mininum frontage preacribed under the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992",
