THE COnPOR TION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM With reference to 6. above, this was discussed at the meeting of the Public Works Committee held Tuesday, January 21st, 1975. The Committee recommends that Grippen Engineering Ltd. be engaged by the City to investigate the following: ‘ - a 1. Hydrological study to estimate the instantaneous flow resulting from a rainfall of 10 year return period encompassing the area south of the C.P.R. tracks which drains to the Harbour Street Pump Station and the Cedar Ditch - Hyde Creek area. L ; 2.. Preliminary design of the main drainage ditches, pump station and flood boxes necessary to dispose of the instantaneous flow detailed in ‘1. above. ; 3.
