DRAFT RESOLUTION

THAT the "Letter of Intent to Lease" dated September 12, 1974 wherein
the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam agrees to lease a portion of the
building located on Lot B, Block 3, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 1213, New
Westminster District, being 2540 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam B.C., for
use as Assessment Offices from October 1,.1974 at a rental of $6,132.00 per year
be and the same is hereby approved;

THAT .the undertaking on the part of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam to pay the sum of $5,200.00 for the tenant improvements specified in
the letter from Lincoln Projects Ltd. dated September 12, 1974 be and the same
is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
the necessary documents with respect to the above noted matters and affix the
Corporate Seal thereto.
